A TABLETOP ROLE-PLAYING GAME AND SETTING

Entangled Shadows is a Tabletop Role-Playing Game with a unique and exciting setting where players solve mysteries and fight implacable foes from beyond reality, at the edges of society’s light.  Using existence-altering powers that draw on the theories of quantum physics, players can bend the rules of fate and luck, perform superhuman feats, and even alter the past and the future… but so can their enemies.

Once, you were an ordinary citizen of modern society – until the day you encountered the denizens of the Night World.  Now your past has been erased, and you and your companions can only rely on each other.  The people of the daylit world have no defense against the evils of paranormal conspiracies and supernatural threats… and only you can protect them.

Sometimes, a club or a gun may suffice to defeat the evils in the shadows… but sometimes, you need something beyond the ability of normal humans.

Mages cast spells drawn from the myriad occult and esoteric traditions of the world, using everything from hermetic magic to eastern martial arts.

Scions use the gifts and powers of old, consorting with eldritch beings and making covenants with the ancient dead or the spirits of the land.

Psychics use the powers of the mind to unlock their true potential, channeling cosmic light and spiritual essence to protect their allies and confound their foes.

Renegades turn the tools of the conspiracies against their enemies, using ancient secrets and alien technologies to perform superhuman feats of action and intellect.

Prodigals use their inborn excellence and mystical favor to exceed the limits of normal humanity, imposing their will on reality to access wealth, expertise, and authority far beyond ordinary limits.
